These Terms are governed by Maltese law. If you are a consumer domiciled in an EU Member State, jurisdiction rules under EU Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012 may apply. Otherwise, disputes will fall exclusively under the jurisdiction of Maltese courts, unless a different dispute resolution method is explicitly agreed.
