Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If, for any reason, you’re not fully satisfied, we offer a 10-day return policy, allowing you 10 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- If the item was received as a gift, kindly notify us when making the return request.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at office@provita.com.mt.
Once your return is approved, you may:
- Drop off the item in-store, or
- Request a courier pickup (we’ll arrange it for you).

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for return, including:
- Personal care products (such as opened beauty items)
- Gift vouchers
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, feel free to contact us.
Please note:
- Sale items can only be exchanged or returned with other sale items.
Exchanges
Need something else? Visit us at our store in Naxxar and we will exchange it to your desired product. If an order has been placed online and has not yet been delivered, you can contact us on office@provita.com.mt or message us on our social media pages to change the product.
Note: The item can only be exchanged if it is in the same condition as when it was received.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome:
- If approved, your refund will be processed automatically or a credit note will be issued, depending on the case.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t heard from us, please get in touch at office@provita.com.mt.
