Apply generously and evenly before and during sun exposure.
To continuously ensure a proper level of protection, reapply frequently and generously the suncare product (at least every two hours), also after having sweated, bathed and dried your skin with a towel.
By reducing the amount of product the level of sun protection also decreases significantly.
Don’t stay in the sun for too long, even if you’re using sunscreen.

Try to avoid sun exposure during the hottest parts of the day.
