Hold the can 15cm from body, and spray. Avoid direct spraying on face: spray on hands before application. Avoid contact with textiles.  Apply liberally before sun exposure. Re-apply frequently to maintain protection, especially after perspiring, swimming or toweling. Do not stay too long in the sun, even while using a sunscreen product. Over-exposure to the sun is a serious health threat. Reducing the quantity of application will lower the level of protection significantly. CAUTIONS: EXTREMELY FLAMMABLE AEROSOL. Pressurised container: May burst if heated. Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames and other ignition sources. No smoking. Do not spray on an open flame or other ignition source.
