Ingredients:
Evening Primrose Oil, Gelatin (Bovine), Glycerine, Natural Source Vitamin E Prep (d-Alpha Tocopherol, Sunflower Oil).

Directions:
Take 1-2 capsules per day with food or as required up to a maximum of 6.
Do not exceed the recommended intake.
