Biotona Bio Kale Raw comes from Brassica oleracea acephala or kale.

How to use:
Add Biotona Bio Kale Raw to smoothies or shakes in combination with fruit (juices) or other superfoods, (vegetable) milk, yogurt or water. Easily and quickly add that extra healthy touch to various dishes. 5 to 15 g per day.
