Kombucha is a fermented, lightly effervescent drink traditionally from China. It is produced by fermenting tea, sugar and symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast (SCOBY) – the result is a naturally sparkling drink with a refreshingly crisp, subtly sweet flavour.
