Apple Cider Vinegar is useful in cases of:
Difficult digestion and slowed metabolism; liver and kidney purification and detoxification; for an intestinal antibacterial and anti-fermentative action; high concentration of cholesterol; fatigue, lack of energy especially in the morning; joint inflammation (arthritis, arthrosis, cramps, gout, lumbago), decalcification, osteoporosis, rheumatism, sciatica.
External use (diluted and rubbed on the skin): nocturnal muscle cramps, mycosis, eczema, allergies, dim skin, brittle and dull hair, upper respiratory tract infections: cough, cold.
How to use:
We recommend taking 1 capsule per day (corresponding to approximately 150 ml of liquid apple cider vinegar), for a period of at least 2 months.
