1. Where is your store located?

We’re located at 19 Vjal Il-21 Ta’ Settembru, Naxxar NXR 1017, Malta

2. What are your Opening Hours?

Monday – Friday 8:30am – 7:30pm
Saturday 8:30am – 7pm

Delivery

1. Do you deliver?
  • Deliveries are FREE to Malta on orders of over €35. Any amount below €35 is subject to a €4 delivery fee.
  • All Deliveries to Gozo have a fee of €6, no matter the amount purchased.
2. When will I receive my order?
  • Online orders are usually delivered within 2-3 days.

Delivery may vary according to urgent client requests or seasonal periods

3. Can I collect my order?

Yes, upon checking out your order, select the ‘Pick Up’ option and we will have your order ready at our Naxxar outlet.

4. Can I deliver to someone else’s address?

Yes, when checking out, you can select the option to Ship to a different Address.

Product & Stock

1. The product I want is out of stock. Can I still place an order?
    If a product you’re looking for is out of stock, feel free to reach out to us on

We’ll let you know when it’s expected back in stock or if we can order it specially for you.

2. Can my item be gift wrapped?
Yes, we can gift wrap your item for free. Kindly indicate in the comments when checking out, and we will have it readily wrapped for you.

Loyalty Scheme

1. How does the Loyalty Scheme work?
      • Receive 1 point for every €1 spent online or in-store.
      • With every
      • 100 points = €1 off your purchase
      • 200 points = €2 off your purchase
      • 300 points = €3 off your purchase
        etc.

       

2. How do I redeem my points?
  • You can redeem your points on in-store purchases, just let one of our assistants know and they will be deducted from your bill.
3. On what items can I redeem my points?
  • You can redeem your points on a wide range of wholesale brands available in-store. Since the list is quite extensive, feel free to contact us or visit our store to view the full list of eligible brands.
4. How do I check how many points I have?
  • When placing an order online, you can view your current points in the order email sent to your inbox. For in-store purchases, you can ask one of our assistants, and they will let you know.
