The mascara is lightweight and does not flake or clump making it the ideal mascara. Instructions: Use the curved side of the brush and start at the roots of your lashes brushing upwards. For a special effect, repeat once more. For precise applications such as the lower lashes it might be wise to use the tip of the brush.
