HOW TO USE:
Wet the teeth with the tongue. Apply a strip (on either side) to the bottom teeth, avoiding the gum line. Fold the excess tape behind the teeth. The tape will stick to the teeth. Repeat for the top teeth. Let it dissolve. The films should be completely dissolved after about 20 minutes. Repeat again. (Use 4 strips daily (2 for upper teeth and 2 for lower teeth), one 20 minutes after the other.
