• Lavender – renowned for its soothing and calming properties, it has been used for millennia to relax and calm the mind
  

• Melissa – or Lemon Balm derives from a lemony, herbaceous plant which has been renowned for its therapeutic properties since the 14th century.  Also named  “The Elixir of Life”, it has sedative and anti-depressant qualities

• Ylang Ylang – used in both eastern and western medicine for its harmonising, relaxing and sedative properties, it reputedly helps to calm the effects of stress, anxiety and anguish
